Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for Ledyard's offense. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hamden on Saturday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Colonels' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

St. Bernard's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Ledyard, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-3.
