Softball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

The Centennial Broncos came up short against the Plattsmouth Blue Devils on Saturday and fell 6-3. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Paityn Scheele made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Centennial's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Plattsmouth, their record now sits at 9-10.

Coincidentally, Centennial and Plattsmouth will both be playing Douglas County West the next time they take the field. The Broncos will head out to face the Falcon at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Blue Devils will play them later in the day, at 12:30 p.m.
