It was a good run, but Paideia unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northgate Vikings.

Paideia's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Northgate, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 16 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-7 record this season.

Paideia will venture away from home to challenge North Gwinnett at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Bulldogs' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Pythons' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Northgate does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
