Justin-Siena is 3-0 against Wood since December of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Justin-Siena Braves will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge the Wood Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Justin-Siena will roll into the match after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Tuesday, then bounced right back against St. Helena on Friday. Justin-Siena put the hurt on St. Helena with a sharp 7-1 victory.

Meanwhile, Wood put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let Sheldon onto the board and left with a 2-0 win. While the Wildcats didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Wood's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for Justin-Siena, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Justin-Siena came out on top in a nail-biter against Wood in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Justin-Siena since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
