Softball Recap: Fort Osage Wins Going Away Against Truman

Fort Osage barely beat Truman the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Indians blew past the Patriots 9-3 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won four games by six runs or more so far this season.

Fort Osage now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Truman, they moved to 7-7 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Fort Osage will head out to take on Excelsior Springs at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Truman, they will square off against St. Michael the Archangel at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
