Lassen's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Las Plumas Thunderbirds 56-14. Lassen had a senior duo take command as Dowan Stephens rushed for 178 yards and three TDs on only 15 carries and Dathen Moore rushed for 107 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only five carries. With that strong performance, Stephens is now averaging an impressive 113 rushing yards per game. Terrin Hanson was in the mix as well, providing Lassen with one score.

Lassen didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Las Plumas to a completion percentage of just 46.4%. Lassen and Las Plumas will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Grizzlies are set to face off against their familiar foe Anderson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Las Plumas will take on rival Live Oak at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
