Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Trinity Christian walked away with it. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Landmark Christian War Eagles on Friday. The win was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

Dillon Stiltner spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on five hits and racked up eight Ks.

On the hitting side, Tj Ford was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. Aidan Whitaker was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

Trinity Christian's victory bumped their record up to 20-10. As for Landmark Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-12.

Trinity Christian has already played their next contest, a 10-5 loss against Lovett on the 1st. Landmark Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
