Purcell's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with an 8-3 win over the Dibble Demons. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Dragons also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2023.

Purcell's victory bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Dibble, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.

Purcell wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 12-2 defeat against Newcastle on the 16th. As for Dibble, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Amber-Pocasset on the 16th.
