The biggest upset of the week belonged to United South Central, who defeated 96th ranked Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity, 22-19.

Fans got a thrill when Kollin Hanson and Isaiah Brogden connected against Loyola. The connection went for 75 yards, the longest such play in Gopher Valley A this season.

Bethlehem Academy's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Hanson threw for 151 and 2 touchdowns and Brogden had 109 yards receiving. On the ground Brogden chipped in 170 yards. Joe Matejcek helped Bethlehem Academy's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 34 yards.

Brogden was a passing and rushing force as the Cardinals defeated the Crusaders. Brogden's favorite target this week was Brogden, who caught 2 passes for 109 yards.

Brogden was the most successful running back in the league this week. In 14 carries, he ran for 170 yards as Bethlehem Academy topped Loyola. Drew Glenzinski also contributed to the rushing game with 75 yards on the ground.

Bethlehem Academy's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Cardinals feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Hanson has thrown for 444 yards and 8 touchdowns this season, while Brogden has 3 catches for 164 yards.

The Rebels are in third place, while Scott Hanson's team is in second place.

United South Central moved up to 187 from 227 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Rebels were able to move up by beating the Bulldogs 22-19.
