Perry is a perfect 3-0 against Prairie City-Monroe since May of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Bluejays will head out to face off against the Mustangs at 5:30 p.m. Prairie City-Monroe took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Perry, who comes in off a win.

Perry's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Winterset as they made off with a 4-0 victory. Perry have beaten Winterset the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Winterset has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, Prairie City-Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Nevada, falling 4-0.

Perry now has a winning record of 3-2-2. As for Prairie City-Monroe, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Perry took their win against Prairie City-Monroe when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 4-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bluejays since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
