Softball Recap: Paris' Undefeated Season over After Seven Games

After soaring to 15 runs the game before, Paris was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Fayette Falcons by a score of 3-1. The contest marked the Coyotes' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Paris fell to 6-1. As for Fayette, they pushed their record up to 5-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Paris will square off against Westran at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fayette, they will challenge South Callaway at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.33 runs per game on average), something the Falcons will no doubt try to take advantage of.
