Pershing County won the last time they faced Smith Valley and Riley Harvey did her part to make sure it happened again. The Mustangs strolled past the Bulldogs with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 47-33 thanks in part to Harvey, who went 8-for-14 en route to 17 points along with eight rebounds and eight steals. She has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played.

Pershing County now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Smith Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coincidentally, Pershing County and Smith Valley will both be playing Eureka the next time they take the court. The Mustangs will head out to face the Vandals at 5:15 p.m. on Friday, while the Bulldogs will head out to face them at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
