Softball Recap: Madrid Comes Up Short

Madrid was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 7-1 to the Ogden Bulldogs. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 5-3.

Madrid's loss dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Ogden, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Coming up, Madrid will challenge South Hardin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Madrid is facing South Hardin at the right time seeing as South Hardin is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Ogden, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Woodward-Granger at 1:00 p.m.
