Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Antioch). They enjoyed a cozy 64-50 win over the Pittsburg Pirates on Tuesday. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

Pittsburg's loss came despite strong showings from Yariah Asidanya and Jaqueline Martinez. Asidanya went 6 of 10 on her way to 15 points and five steals, while Martinez posted 20 points and five boards. Asidanya is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last five games she's played. Jayana Bell was another key player, putting up nine points and eight rebounds.

Antioch's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Pittsburg, they dropped their record down to 7-11 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Antioch has already played their next game (against Freedom), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Pittsburg will be playing at home against Liberty at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pittsburg is facing Liberty at the right time seeing as Liberty is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
