Palm Springs' loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Rancho Mirage, their victory bumped their record up to 2-7.

Everything came up roses for Palm Springs against Rancho Mirage in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 42-12 win. In that contest, Palm Springs amassed a halftime lead of 25-4, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Wednesday.
