Soccer Recap: Atlantic Takes a Loss

Atlantic was the 5-4 winner over Missouri Valley when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Trojans fell 3-1 to the Big Reds on Tuesday. Atlantic's defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Atlantic's loss dropped their record down to 0-3-1. As for Missouri Valley, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, Atlantic will welcome Tri-Center at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Atlantic is facing Tri-Center at the right time seeing as Tri-Center is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Missouri Valley, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Exira-EHK on the 8th.
