While Wednesday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Aubree D'Ambrosio. She wasn't messing around on Wednesday, tossing seven innings while giving up three earned (and five unearned) runs off eight hits. The pitching appearance was her fifth straight with two or fewer walks.

Looking ahead, D'Ambrosio and The Academy will take on Lyons at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lions are limping into the matchup having lost three straight at home.
