Stuart won the last time they faced Earlsboro and things went their way on Friday too. The Hornets put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 9-1 win. The Hornets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 14 games by seven runs or more this season.

Stuart's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-5. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Earlsboro, they moved to 24-13 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Stuart does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Earlsboro, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 7-2 victory against Chattanooga on the 3rd.
