Point Loma has gone 6-0 against Christian recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Point Loma Pointers will take on the Christian Patriots at 6:00 p.m. Point Loma has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with four straight defeats, while Christian will come in with six straight wins.

Last Tuesday, Point Loma ended up a good deal behind Crawford and lost 26-12. The contest marked the Pointers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

They got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of Avery Heckman and Hannah Smith, who each put up four points. Smith also led the team in rebounds with 11. Eva Cruz took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Meanwhile, Christian was fully in charge on Tuesday, breezing past Patrick Henry 71-31. Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Christian has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.6 points per game. As for Point Loma, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.

Point Loma didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Christian in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 44-38 victory.
