It was a good run, but Cleveland unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Ponca City Wildcats by a score of 7-6. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2016.

Cleveland's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Ponca City, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Cleveland has already played their next matchup, a 16-6 loss against Tecumseh on the 18th. As for Ponca City, they will head out on the road to face off against Deer Creek at 7:00 p.m. on the 25th.
