Football Recap: Palo Alto Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Palo Alto played a tough matchup on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Burlingame Panthers, falling 35-14.

Burlingame had a senior duo take command as Harrison Evars rushed for 133 yards and one touchdown on only 13 carries and Hayden Haba rushed for 112 yards and a pair of scores.

Palo Alto's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Burlingame, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Palo Alto will head out to square off against Christopher at 7:15 p.m. on the 12th. As for Burlingame, they will challenge Arroyo at 7:00 p.m. on the 12th. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 1,007 yards in their previous games.
