Softball Recap: Hammon Takes a Loss

Hammon fell victim to Leedey and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Bison, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Warriors' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Hammon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Leedey, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Hammon will take on rival Granite at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Leedey is set to challenge their familiar foe Canute at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
