Football Recap: West Ranch Comes Up Short on the Road Against Pacifica + How To Watch

West Ranch had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were beaten by the Pacifica Tritons 59-17 on Friday. The Wildcats were not able to make up for their loss to the Tritons from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

West Ranch's loss came despite strong showings from Charlie Samuelson and Humza Harsolia. Samuelson picked up 120 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns, while Harsolia threw for 136 yards and two TDs.

Taylor Lee had a dynamite game For Pacifica., throwing for 285 yards and four TDs while completing 92.9% of his passes. Will Jones Jr was in the mix as well, providing the Tritons with two scores.

Coming up, West Ranch will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Bishop Diego at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pacifica, they will venture away from home to square off against Oxnard at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
