Basketball Recap: Chatsworth Takes Down Los Angeles CES in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, Chatsworth rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They blew past the Los Angeles CES Unicorns 67-43. This was payback for the Chancellors, who suffered a 77-37 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Chatsworth is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-14 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.6 points over those games. As for Los Angeles CES, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-14.

Looking ahead, Chatsworth will challenge Eagle Rock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Eagle Rock knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Chatsworth likes a good challenge. Los Angeles CES does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
