Lincoln Southwest came tearing into Tuesday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Fremont Tigers 10-0. Considering the Silver Hawks have won 18 games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Kinley Wubbels looked comfortable as she pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Ja'Sara Wilson and Brenly Noerrlinger did most of the damage at the plate: Wilson went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two RBI, while Noerrlinger went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. Those two stolen bases gave Noerrlinger a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Brenly Trautman, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Lincoln Southwest's record now sits at 25-2. As for Fremont, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-23.

Lincoln Southwest wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 7-6 defeat against Millard North on the 2nd. As for Fremont, they have also already played their next contest, a 9-6 loss against Lincoln North Star on the 2nd.
