Softball Recap: Sapulpa Takes a Loss

Sapulpa fell victim to Bartlesville and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 10-0 to the Bruins. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chieftains of the 8-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Sapulpa dropped their record down to 4-7 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Bartlesville, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-6.

Sapulpa has already played their next match, an 11-2 defeat against Glenpool on the 29th. As for Bartlesville, they will face off against Yukon at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
