Video: Little League World Series star Mo'ne Davis in action for high school basketball team

MaxPreps was on hand Tuesday as Little League World Series star Mo'ne Davis — an eighth-grader — took to the basketball court with her teammates at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (Philadelphia). See her in action above.

Davis contributed four points, but the Blue Devils dropped their first game of the season (3-1) to Episcopal Academy (Newtown Square, Pa.).

Over the summer, Davis burst onto the national scene after becoming the first girl to pitch a shutout and earn a victory at the Little League World Series.



Her accomplishments earned her a spot on the cover of Sports Illustrated and mentions in nearly every major national media outlet.
