River Falls had won two straight games and Joseph Tarasewicz did his part to make it three on Friday. The Wildcats breezed past the Menomonie Mustangs to the tune of 42-14 thanks in part to Tarasewicz, who rushed for 118 yards and three scores. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 118 rushing yards.

River Falls didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Oliver Simmons and Breckin French. Another thorn in Menomonie's side was Thade Drier, who made 13 total tackles (1.5 for loss).

River Falls' victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Menomonie, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

River Falls has already played their next contest, a 56-19 win against Wausau West on the 17th. As for Menomonie, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 36-6 loss against Chippewa Falls on the 17th.
