If Apache Junction wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Globe, they should've done a better job of containing Ethan Edwards. The Tigers enjoyed a cozy 74-55 win over the Prospectors on Thursday for which the team can thank Edwards, who shot 43% from the field on his way to 28 points in addition to six assists and five boards. He has become a key player for Globe: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least 20 points, but 6-16 otherwise.

Globe's victory bumped their record up to 9-17. As for Apache Junction, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 16 of their last 17 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-23 record this season.
