Gadsden faced Organ Mountain in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Panthers had just enough and edged out the Knights 2-1. The win was familiar territory for Gadsden, who have now won five matches in a row.

Gadsden's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Organ Mountain, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-6.
