Basketball Recap: Carlisle Takes a Loss

Carlisle played a tough contest on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by the Altoona Mountain Lions 73-21. The Thundering Herd were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-15.

Carlisle's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Altoona, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Carlisle will be home for the holidays to greet State College at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Altoona, they will venture away from home to challenge Chambersburg at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
