Softball Recap: Southeast Warren Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Southeast Warren won against Twin Cedars on Wednesday with 13 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Warhawks were the clear victors by a 13-2 margin over the Mount Ayr Raiders. The Warhawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by seven runs or more this season.

The victory (which was Southeast Warren's fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Mount Ayr, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Southeast Warren has already played their next match, a 15-0 victory against East Union on the 20th. As for Mount Ayr, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-6 win against Central Decatur on the 20th.
