Baseball Game Preview: Jackson County Panthers vs. Palm Beach Central Broncos

Palm Beach Central fell victim to Wellington and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Wolverines, falling 10-0. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Broncos, who until this matchup were averaging 3.91 runs allowed.

Palm Beach Central saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gabrian Diaz, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Jackson County's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-11. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Palm Beach Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-7.
