            The South San Francisco Warriors will square off against the Carlmont Scots at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
South San Francisco is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to eight  goals  on Tuesday, they were much more limited against San Mateo  on Thursday. They lost  5-1 to the Bearcats. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings  (they are ranked 853rd, while the Bearcats are ranked 409th).

 Carlmont has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 11-4-1 record  this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  scored 40  goals over those eight  contests. As for South San Francisco, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8-2.
