Basketball Recap: Southwest EC Takes a Loss

Southwest EC was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 57-40 bruising from the Pacific Ridge Firebirds.

Southwest EC's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Pacific Ridge, the win snapped their losing streak at eight games and leaves them with a 2-9 record.

Southwest EC will head out on the road to challenge Calexico at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Pacific Ridge, they will be playing at home against High Tech SD at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
