Football Recap: Heights Starts Season with Defeat on the Road + How To Watch

Heights kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 23-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the East Aces. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas football rankings (they are ranked 87th, while the Aces are ranked 24th).

Although Heights took the loss, they still got scores from Jamiere Armstrong and Chaylen Bodney.

Coming up, Heights will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Topeka at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for East, they will venture away from home to take on Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
