Baseball Recap: Kennesaw Mountain Comes Up Short

Kennesaw Mountain suffered their closest loss since April 25, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of the Dominion Christian Knights by a score of 3-1. If the Mustangs were looking for revenge after losing 7-6 to the Knights when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Kennesaw Mountain saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Austin Carter, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Kennesaw Mountain has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-10 record this season. As for Dominion Christian, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-4.
