If the Jefferson County Tigers were feeling good off their 65-31 takedown of the Wakulla Christian School Saints on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Jefferson County was dealt a 67-40 defeat at the hands of Franklin County on Thursday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Jefferson County in their matchups with Franklin County: they've now lost four in a row.

Ethan Kembro was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 10 rebounds for Franklin County. The game was Kembro's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Sadiq Jones, who scored 14 points along with 7 rebounds.

Jefferson County's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Franklin County, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Jefferson County will play host again and welcome Munroe, where tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Munroe is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games. Franklin County's road trip will continue as they head out to face Clay at 1:45 p.m. on December 9th.
