Softball Recap: Berrien Comes Up Short

Berrien made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Jeff Davis, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Rebels fell just short of the Yellowjackets by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The Rebels just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Berrien's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Jeff Davis, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

While Berrien had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
