Softball Recap: Twiggs Academy Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Twiggs Academy can now relate to. They lost 10-0 to the David Emanuel Academy Eagles on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Trojans in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

Twiggs Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for David Emanuel Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 20-3.

As of now, neither Twiggs Academy nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
