Soccer Recap: Decatur Comes Up Short

Decatur lost against Midtown back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Knights by a score of 1-0. Decatur have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Decatur's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Midtown, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.

Decatur will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Northgate at 7:00 p.m. Northgate will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Decatur surely won't give up without a fight. Midtown does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
