Soccer Recap: Starr's Mill Takes a Loss

After flying high against Jonesboro last Friday, Starr's Mill came back down to earth. The Panthers fell 2-0 to the Decatur Bulldogs on Tuesday.

Starr's Mill's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Decatur, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Starr's Mill will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Harrison at 8:00 p.m. on the 15th. We've got a battle between Bulldogs coming up.
