Volleyball Recap: Swain County Comes Up Short

Swain County had taken Murphy down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Maroon Devils fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-2. While the Maroon Devils didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bulldogs 25-19 in the first set.

Swain County took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-9, 21-25, 25-22, 15-13.
