Volleyball Recap: Boulder Creek Takes a Loss

Boulder Creek lost against O'Connor last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Jaguars took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Boulder Creek ultimately came up short, they really made O'Connor work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 19-25, 28-26, 25-18.

Despite the loss, Boulder Creek still got an impressive performance from Colton Francom, who had 13 digs and three assists. Francom is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had ten or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Boulder Creek's loss dropped their record down to 16-12. As for O'Connor, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-9-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Boulder Creek nor O'Connor have any future games scheduled.
