Soccer Recap: Truckee Comes Up Short

After flying high against Sparks on Thursday, Truckee came back down to earth. The Wolverines fell just short of the North Tahoe Lakers by a score of 2-1 on Friday.

Truckee's goal came courtesy of Ella Hoyer, who's now up to ten this season.

Truckee's loss dropped their record down to 12-4-1. As for North Tahoe, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1-1.

Coming up, Truckee will challenge Debbie Smith CTE Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Truckee are facing Debbie Smith CTE Academy at the right time seeing as Debbie Smith CTE Academy are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for North Tahoe, they will square off against Wooster at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
