Soccer Recap: Palo Alto Triumphs

Palo Alto kept a clean sheet against Mountain View on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Mountain View Spartans. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 on January 8th.

Cassie Gracon and Devin Teper scored both of Palo Alto's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Palo Alto is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-3-3 record this season. As for Mountain View, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Homestead the next time they take the pitch. Palo Alto will head out to face Homestead at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, while Mountain View will host them at 6:00 p.m. on February 5th.
