Fulton is a perfect 10-0 against Hannibal since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Hornets will challenge the Pirates at 5:00 p.m. Fulton is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.

Fulton had taken Kirksville down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Hornets lost 18-2 to the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Hannibal didn't have quite enough to beat Louisiana on Wednesday and fell 6-5. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Kenedi Neff was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI. That stolen base was her first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Stevie Wilson, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.

Fulton's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Hannibal, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.

Fulton beat Hannibal 11-7 in their previous meeting back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hornets since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
