Muncy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 51-21 win over the South Williamsport Mountaineers. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 21 points or more this season.

Several Mountaineers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ella Moore, who posted 12 points and five steals. Moore is becoming a predictor of South Williamsport's success: when she posts at least five steals the team is 4-1 (and 6-8 when she doesn't).

Muncy's victory bumped their record up to 15-4. As for South Williamsport, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9.

Muncy has already played their next matchup, a 44-25 win against Line Mountain on the 7th. As for South Williamsport, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-36 victory against Neumann Regional Academy on the 8th.
