Softball Recap: North Atlanta Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mount Vernon, North Atlanta was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Woodward Academy War Eagles 7-6. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the War Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

North Atlanta's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Woodward Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, North Atlanta will face off against St. Francis at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodward Academy, they will square off against Westminster at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
