Polytech put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They enjoyed a cozy 28-13 win over the First State Military Academy Bulldogs. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Haleem Edwards threw for 119 yards and one TD. Zaine Harris was his top target, picking up 38 receiving yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Javon Byrd rushed for 66 yards and one score.

Polytech's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for First State Military Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

Coming up, Polytech will take on Seaford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Panthers 15, the Bluejays 14.6) so any points scored will be well earned. As for First State Military Academy, they are taking a road trip to square off against Christiana at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
